CJ spent 6+ years in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance — working with global giants like Siemens Healthineers and Johnson & Johnson. He knows what precision looks like at an industry level.

He's brought that same quality-first mindset to agriculture. Every process at CJ's Mushroom Farm — from substrate preparation to UV exposure protocols — is designed with the same rigor as a medical device production line.
